CAREBOOK ANNOUNCES VOTING RESULTS FROM ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS

Carebook Technologies Inc. has released the voting results from the annual general meeting of its shareholders held by live webcast on Thursday, June 29, 2023.

Election of directors

Each director nominee listed in the management information circular dated May 16, 2023, was elected as director of the company at the meeting. Shareholders present in person or represented by proxy at the meeting voted as noted herein.

Appointment of external auditor

MNP LLP was appointed as external auditor of the company for the next year by a majority of the votes cast by the shareholders present or represented by proxy. Shareholders present in person or represented by proxy at the meeting voted as noted herein.
