CARSON RIVER ANNOUNCES TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT FOR BUSINESS COMBINATION

Carson River Ventures Corp.'s previously announced purchase agreement dated Dec. 8, 2023, to acquire all of the issued and outstanding common shares of 2514870 Alberta Ltd. (Novcorp) has been terminated owing to the lapse of the applicable outside closing date on Sept. 30, 2024.

The company will continue as a mineral exploration company, with its current focus remaining on the Chucker property located in Mineral county, Nevada. In addition, the company plans to seek out new potential exploration properties.
