CIBC ASSET MANAGEMENT ANNOUNCES CIBC ETF CASH DISTRIBUTIONS FOR DECEMBER 2023

Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce's CIBC Asset Management Inc. has declared December, 2023, cash distributions for CIBC exchange-traded funds and ETF series of the CIBC fixed-income pools and CIBC sustainable investment solutions, which distribute monthly.

Unitholders of record on Dec. 29, 2023, will receive cash distributions on Jan. 4, 2024. Details of the final per-unit distribution amounts are provided in an attached table.
