CIBC ASSET MANAGEMENT ANNOUNCES CIBC ETF CASH DISTRIBUTIONS FOR JUNE 2022

Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce's CIBC Asset Management Inc. has declared the June, 2022, cash distributions for CIBC exchange-traded funds and the ETF series of the CIBC fixed-income pools, which distribute monthly and quarterly.

Unitholders of record on June 30, 2022, will receive cash distributions on July 6, 2022. Details of the final per-unit distribution amounts are provided in an attached table.
