CANSO SELECT OPPORTUNITIES CORPORATION ANNOUNCES RENEWAL OF OPERATIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT

Canso Select Opportunities Corp. has renewed its operational service agreement with Canso Investment Counsel Ltd., effective Oct. 1, 2026. Under the renewed agreement, CIC will continue to provide certain day-to-day operational services required to support Canso Select's business and affairs. Canso Select and CIC originally entered into the operational service agreement on Aug. 1, 2018. While the scope of services remains unchanged, the services will be provided on a fee basis negotiated between Canso Select and CIC. The change reflects the growth of Canso Select since the original agreement was entered into in 2018, and recognizes the continuing operational support and resources provided by CIC.

The operational service agreement may be terminated: (i) at any time by the mutual written agreement of Canso Select and CIC; (ii) by either party, for any reason, upon 90 days prior written notice; (iii) by either party in the event of a breach that is not cured within 30 days of delivery of written notice of the breach; or (iv) in the event of the bankruptcy, insolvency or receivership of the other party.
