CARESPAN ANNOUNCES DEPARTURE OF TWO DIRECTORS

Arinder Mahal and Thomas Astle have departed from the board of directors of Carespan Health Inc., effective Aug. 11, 2022. Mr. Mahal has served on the board since May 13, 2022, and Mr. Astle was appointed to the board on Nov. 17, 2021, in connection with the completion of the company's qualifying transaction (as defined in the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange). The company wishes to thank both for their contributions to the company.

As described in the company's management information circular dated July 14, 2002, Mr. Mahal and Mr. Astle were previously to be presented for election to the board at the company's annual meeting of shareholders to be held on Aug. 15, 2022. The following persons will now be presented for election at the meeting as management's nominees: Rembert de Villa, John Reardon, James Becker and Holger Micheel-Sprenger.
