Mr. David Vincent reports
FULL REVOCATION OF CEASE TRADE ORDER AND RE-INSTATEMENT OF TRADING ON THE CANADIAN SECURITIES EXCHANGE
The B.C. Securities Commission and the Ontario Securities Commission have approved Canamex Gold Corp.'s application for the revocation of the cease trade order issued on May 6, 2019, as a result of the company's failure to file
its
annual
financial
statements
and
management's
discussion
and
analysis
for the period ended Dec. 31, 2018.
The company
has
filed:
(i)
its
audited
financial
statements and
management's
discussion and
analysis
for
the
years
ended
Dec.
31,
2022,
Dec.
31,
2023,
and Dec. 31, 2024, on Feb. 4, 2026, and for the year ended Dec. 31, 2025, on March 10, 2026; (ii) the certifications to the financial statements for the above-noted periods from the chief executive officer and the chief financial officer of the company on forms 51-102FV1 CEO and CFO as applicable; and (iii) Ontario Form 13-502F1 and Alberta Form 13-501F1 with respect to fees for the relevant periods. The company has received an exemption pursuant to Part 3, Division 1, sections 6 and 7 of National Policy 12-202 (Revocation of Certain Cease Trade Orders) with respect to the interim financial
statements
being
filed
for
the
periods
commencing
on
the
CTO

until
the date of the revocation of the CTO, as well as the filing of the audited financial statements, management's discussion and analysis, and certifications of the chief executive officer and chief financial officer of the company for the periods ended Dec. 31, 2019, Dec. 31, 2020, and Dec. 31, 2021.
Management views the full revocation of the CTO as a very positive development leading to a return to normal trading of the company's securities. The company's required
financial
filings
on
SEDAR+
are
up
to
date,
and
the
financial disclosure
documents
are
available

Following confirmation of the full revocation of the CTO on Aug. 7, 2026, the company applied to the Canadian Securities Exchange for the reinstatement of trading in its securities. The reinstatement of trading in the securities of the company on the CSE was approved by the CSE on Aug. 21, 2026.
There
has
been
no
change
in
the company's
share
structure
with
no
rollbacks
or other restructuring that would affect shareholders' holdings from prior to the CTO.
The company's business structure and objectives have not changed and remain the resumption
of
normal
operations
aimed
at
actively
working
to
pursue
exploration and/or
acquisition
of
precious
metal
exploration
properties.
In
this
regard,
the company is currently actively seeking and evaluating late-stage exploration projects that can be advanced quickly to take advantage of the current high metal price environment.
The company would like to thank everyone involved in completing and filing its financial
disclosure
documents
and
with
the
process
of
reviewing
and
approving
the revocation order covering the CTO. The company looks forward to full resumption of its
business
activities
and
the
opportunities
provided
by
the
return
of
the
normal trading of its securities on the CSE.
