CONSTELLATION SOFTWARE INC. ANNOUNCES CONFERENCE CALL TO DISCUSS SECOND QUARTER RESULTS

Constellation Software Inc. will host a second quarter conference call and live audio webcast on Aug. 12, 2026, at 8 a.m. ET.

The company's quarterly results will be disseminated by press release and made available on the company's website and SEDAR+ after the Toronto Stock Exchange closes on Tuesday, Aug. 11, 2026.
