PORTFOLIO+ AND VENCORA ANNOUNCE DIANNE CUPPLES' APPOINTMENT AS GROUP MANAGER AT VENCORA

Constellation Software Inc.'s Portfolio+ and Vencora have appointed Dianne Cupples as group manager at Vencora, expanding her leadership responsibilities across Vencora's portfolio of software businesses.

In her new role, Ms. Cupples will help build and develop leadership talent across Vencora's business units. She will continue supporting Portfolio+ while working with other software companies across the Vencora portfolio.

"This new role lets me broaden my contribution while staying close to the business that has been my home for the past several years," said Ms. Cupples. "What excites me most is working directly with more CEOs [chief executive officers] and leadership teams, helping them build their operating rhythms.
