CLEAN SEED CAPITAL ANNOUNCES TSX VENTURE REACTIVATION
Clean Seed Capital Group Ltd. has satisfied the requirements of the TSX Venture Exchange for reactivation from the NEX.
In conjunction with the reactivation, the company will transition from the NEX board to a Tier 2 issuer on the TSX Venture Exchange. Its trading symbol will be changing from CSX.H to CSX.
Further to the news release dated May 29, 2026, the company has received TSX-V acceptance and has closed its non-brokered private placement whereby the company has issued 6,059,710 units of the company at a price of 10 cents per unit, for gross proceeds of $605,971. Each unit consists of one common share of the company and one share purchase warrant. Each warrant entitles the holder, on exercise, to purchase one common share for a period of 12 months following the closing date of the offering at the exercise price of 25 cents per share.
