CLEAN SEED EXTENDS WARRANTS

Further to the news release of Oct. 23, 2025, regarding a private placement of 12.5 million units, Clean Seed Capital Group Ltd. is proposing to extend the expiry date of 12.5 million warrants exercisable at 25 cents, from Oct. 23, 2026, to Dec. 31, 2027. The proposed extension of the warrants is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange. All other terms and conditions of the warrants will remain unchanged.
