In accordance with the company's plan of arrangement, the Centurion shareholders who previously held old Centurion shares will have their old Centurion shares redesignated as Class A shares of Centurion and exchanged on a one-for-one basis for new Centurion shares. Accordingly, the new Centurion shares will be listed on the exchange at the market opening on Thursday, Aug. 25, 2022, and trading in the shares of the company will remain halted.
