CENTURION ANNOUNCES PRIVATE PLACEMENT FINANCING

Centurion Minerals Ltd. has arranged a non-brokered private placement financing for up to $250,000, priced at 1.5 cents per unit.

Each unit consists of one common share and one-half common share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant is exercisable at five cents for one common share of the company for a period of two years from closing.

Financing proceeds are to be allocated for working capital and general corporate activities. Closing will be subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval and any shares issued will be subject to a four-month hold period. The financing previously announced on Dec. 6, 2024, has been cancelled.
