FORTE MINERALS GRANTS INCENTIVE STOCK OPTIONS

Pursuant to its existing stock option plan, Forte Minerals Corp. has granted an aggregate of 225,000 stock options to certain directors, officers and consultants of the company.

The options are exercisable for a period of five years from the date of grant at a price of 47.5 cents per share. All options issued are subject to a four-month-and-one-day hold period, in compliance with the policies of the Canadian Securities Exchange.
