COPPEREX ANNOUNCES AGM RESULTS AND PROPOSED CONSOLIDATION
Copperex Resources Corp. has released the results of voting at its annual general meeting of shareholders which was held on Aug. 6, 2026, in Vancouver, B.C. All matters submitted to the shareholders for approval as set out in the company's notice of meeting and information circular dated July 7, 2026, which is available on SEDAR+ under the company's profile, were approved by the requisite majority of votes cast at the meeting, including:
- Electing all nominees to the board of directors of the company, including Mark Tommasi, Joe Ovsenek and Chase Taylor-Robins;

Reappointing MNP LLP as auditor for the ensuring year and authorizing directors to determine auditor's compensation;

Ratifying and approving the company's 10-per-cent rolling option plan.
Management of the company would like to thank the company's shareholders for their continued support.
The company also announced a proposed minimum 10:1 share consolidation. The specific terms of the proposed share consolidation, including proposed timing and the final consolidation ratio, remain subject to review by the board and compliance with the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange. The company will provide further information regarding timing, implementation, and requisite regulatory and shareholder approvals once details have been determined.
