Cupani Metals appoints Mayoux as senior geologist

CUPANI ACCELERATES WITH SENIOR GEOLOGIST APPOINTMENT.

Cupani Metals Corp. has appointed Mathieu Mayoux, PGeo, MSc, as senior geologist, reporting to vice-president of exploration Jacquelin Gauthier. Mr. Mayoux brings six years of experience working on and managing various exploration projects. Most notable is his experience working on magmatic Cu-Ni-PGE (copper, nickel and platinum group element) sulphide deposits in Quebec. He will become a key figure within the exploration team. Mr. Mayoux will be granted 500,000 options as part of his compensation following his appointment, pursuant to the omnibus long-term incentive plan of the company. The options, subject to the terms of the plan, are exercisable at a price of 7.5 cents per common share of the company for a period of five years.

Mr. Mayoux is a professional geologist registered by the Ordre des Geologues du Quebec (OGQ), with experience working on exploration programs across multiple commodities. he also holds a professional master's degree from UQAM and a masters in minerals resource exploration and management from the University of Orleans, France.

Upcoming conference presentation

Ms. Gauthier has been invited to present the Blue Lake project at AEMQ's XPLOR conference being held between Nov. 2, 2026, and Nov. 5, 2026, in Montreal. The company has secured booth No. 77 and will display core samples from its recent drilling programs. Shareholders are invited to stop by booth No. 77. Cupani management will also meet with entities relevant to the 2027 exploration plans.
