CLAIRVEST ANNOUNCES ELECTION OF DIRECTORS

The nominees listed in Clairvest Group Inc.'s management information circular were elected as directors of the company at its annual general meeting, held on Aug. 14, 2026, in Toronto, Ont., Canada.

Each of the directors were elected by a majority of the votes cast by the shareholders present or represented by proxy. The results of the vote are detailed in the attached table.
