CHARLOTTE'S WEB TO REPORT THIRD QUARTER 2026 RESULTS ON NOVEMBER 12

Charlotte's Web Holdings Inc. will release its 2026 third quarter financial results before market open on Nov. 12, 2026, and will file its quarterly report on Form 10-Q the same day.

Rather than hold a shareholder call on Nov. 12, the company intends to host a single corporate update call and webcast in December, after Dec. 11, 2026, when the revised federal definition of hemp is scheduled to take full effect under current law. The call will review federal hemp policy developments and their implications for the industry and the company, as well as other corporate developments. Dial-in and webcast details will be provided in a separate notice.

"Federal rules that will shape our category are scheduled to take effect by Dec. 11, and once we have these in hand we can provide an outlook based on actual plans as opposed to speculation.
