ARIANNE PHOSPHATE ANNOUNCES RESULTS OF ITS ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Arianne Phosphate Inc. has released election results of its 2026 annual general meeting (AGM), representing its fiscal year ended Dec. 31, 2025.

All the resolutions that were presented at the AGM were approved by the shareholders. These resolutions include the nomination of the directors and the auditor as well as the renewal of the company's stock option plan.

Arianne is pleased to announce that the company shareholders have elected Jeffrey Beck, James Cowley, Marco Gagnon, Siva Pillay and Steven Pinney as directors of the company during the AGM held on Aug. 27, 2026.

Arianne also announces that Dominique Bouchard did not seek re-election to the company's board of directors. After more than 13 years of dedicated service on the board, including nearly nine years as executive chairman, Mr. Bouchard has chosen to step down from his position as a director. He will, however, continue to support the company as a strategic adviser, allowing Arianne to benefit from his extensive experience and deep understanding of the organization and its challenges.

We are also very pleased to continue benefiting from his expertise and sound counsel in his new role as strategic adviser."

About Arianne Phosphate Inc.

Arianne Phosphate is developing the Lac a Paul phosphate deposits, located approximately 200 kilometres north of the Saguenay/Lac St. Jean area of Quebec, Canada. These deposits will produce a high-quality igneous apatite concentrate grading 39 per cent P2O5 (phosphorus pentoxide) with little or no contaminants (feasibility study released in 2013).

Qualified person

Raphael Gaudreault, Eng, a qualified person by Regulation 43-101, has approved the technical information in this release. Mr. Gaudreault is also the company's chief operating officer.
