DCS PROMOTES CEO AND CFO TO FURTHER ALIGN WITH CORPORATE STRATEGY

William Espley has been promoted from interim chief executive officer to CEO and Ying Xu has been promoted from interim chief financial officer to CFO of Direct Communication Solutions Inc.

The promotion of Mr. Espley and Ms. Xu are effective as of Nov. 26, 2025.
