RESIGNATION OF CEO/CFO AND THE APPOINTMENT OF NEW CO-CEO'S/ INTERIM CFO

William F. Espley has tendered his resignation as chief executive officer of Direct Communication Solutions Inc., effective Nov. 5, 2026. Mr. Espley will remain as chairman of the board of directors of the company.

Direct Communication Solutions has appointed Dave Scowby and Brent Fraser as the new co-CEOs, effective Nov. 5, 2026. Mr. Scowby has already served in a management role since 2013 and as chief operating officer of Direct Communication Solutions since October, 2018. His experience spans technology, transportation, logistics and business management. Mr. Scowby holds a BSE in engineering and operations research management and a certificate in architectural design from Princeton University. Mr. Fraser is a director of Direct Communication Solutions and is an owner and operator of two successful companies.

Direct Communication Solutions would also like to announce today the resignation of chief financial officer Ying Xu and the appointment of Xingxing Zhang as interim CFO. Ms. Zhang has over 13 years of experience and has worked with Ms. Xu closely in the past.
