DIGIHOST ANNOUNCES RSU GRANT

Digihost Technology Inc. has granted a total of 1.08 million restricted share units to certain officers, directors, management, key consultants and employees of the company in accordance with the company's restricted share unit plan. Each RSU entitles the holder to acquire one subordinate voting share of the company on vesting. The RSUs will vest in three equal tranches, on Feb. 9, 2025, 2026 and 2027.

The grant of the RSUs is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
