The TSX Venture Exchange has consented to the extension in the expiry date of the following warrants.

Original expiry date of warrants:  Feb. 27, 2026, March 17, 2026, May 2, 2026, and May 16, 2026

New expiry date of warrants:  Jan. 30, 2027

Exercise price of warrants:  35 cents (unchanged)

These warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement of 3,926,000 shares with 3,926,000 share purchase warrants attached, which was accepted for filing by the exchange effective May 28, 2025.
