The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Candente Copper Corp. has rolled back its shares on a one-new-for-four-old basis and changed its name to Alta Copper Corp., effective at the open on May 19, 2023. According to the TSX, the new trading symbol is ATCU and the new Cusip number is 021264 10 6.

The TSX notes that any fractional share equal to or greater than one-half resulting from the consolidation will be rounded up to the next whole number of shares and any fractional share less than one-half resulting from the consolidation will be rounded down to the nearest whole number. Shareholders should return the letter of transmittal together with share certificates to Computershare Trust Company of Canada at is principal office in Toronto.
