The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Dream Residential Real Estate Investment Trust (symbols DRR.U and DRR.UN) will be delisted at the close on Nov. 20, 2025. According to the TSX, the delisting results from a plan of arrangement whereby Morgan Properties Project Knight Investor LLC has acquired all of the assets and assumed all of the liabilities of the REIT. REIT unitholders will receive $10.80 (U.S.) in cash per REIT unit held.

To receive the consideration, unitholders must return the letter of transmittal together with unit certificates to Computershare Investor Services Inc. at its principal offices in Toronto.
