							Let's hope that the judge awarded costs against the plaintiff.
Another issue at trial was Mr. Vestergaard's supervision of a Destiny employee he was romantically involved with, Zashean Dove. Mr. Vestergaard denied that the relationship was romantic, but the judge accepted that it was. The judge found that Mr. Vestergaard and Ms. Dove were often absent from the office together, including on vacation, and noted that they lived together.
