EAST SIDE GAMES GROUP IS PROUD TO ANNOUNCE A NEW BANKING RELATIONSHIP WITH NATIONAL BANK OF CANADA AND EXPORT DEVELOPMENT CANADA

East Side Games Group Inc. has transferred its banking relationship to National Bank of Canada. With this comes $4-million in credit based on accounts receivable and receivable tax credits.

Additionally, the company has secured a term loan credit facility from Export Development Canada's direct lending program with $4-million (U.S.) of credit available to it for development of future games.

Partial proceeds are being used to pay off the existing LOC with Royal Bank of Canada and closing out its relationship with the company.

EDC funding is earmarked for development of two key new titles that are not yet announced but slated for 2027 release.

The company is excited about these new relationships, the additional access to credit from NBC and EDC's support.
