EMERGE REPORTS STRONG PRELIMINARY Q2 RESULTS

Emerge Commerce Ltd. has provided preliminary unaudited results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2026.

Select preliminary Q2 2026 financial highlights (versus Q2 2025):

• Revenue expected to be between $9.0-million and $9.1-million versus $8.5-million;
• Gross margin expected to be approximately 39 per cent versus 36 per cent;
• Adjusted EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization) expected to be between $1-million and $1.1-million versus $958,000;
• Cash position grew to $4.8-million (June 30, 2026) versus $3.5-million (June 30, 2025) and $4.1-million (March 31, 2026).

Emerge expects to file its full Q2 results in late August, 2026.
