Evolution Global Frontier Ventures Corp. has added Paul Haber to its board of directors. With a distinguished record spanning nearly two decades in corporate finance and capital markets, Mr. Haber brings unparalleled expertise to the dynamic team at Evolution.

Initiating his career with Coopers & Lybrand, which later transformed into PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, Mr. Haber has been at the helm of numerous successful initial public offering/reverse takeover initiatives, as well as mergers, acquisitions and significant financing ventures. His current role as managing director of Summit Bancorp Inc., a premier merchant bank, speaks to his profound knowledge in financial management and strategy.

Moreover, his leadership as the executive chairman and co-founder of Summit Bancorp, coupled with his active directorship roles in several publicly traded companies, underscores his invaluable insights in guiding corporations to new heights. Notably, Mr. Haber has also made significant contributions to the TSX Venture Exchange capital pool company program, pioneering initiatives like the Black Birch Capital acquisition series of CPCs, among many others.
