Michael Smith, chief executive officer of the company, commented: "This is a good day for Element79 shareholders. They keep everything they held in our Nevada assets and now hold shares in a separately listed company built around Dale -- two focused stories and two sets of catalysts, each free to pursue its own strategy and its own capital. Dale has always deserved a dedicated company and dedicated capital, and as of today it has both. Synergy holds 98 claims covering approximately 1,980 hectares in the Swayze greenstone belt, a project that has seen limited modern exploration and no drilling to date, in a belt that has produced gold for a century. Dale is the foundation Synergy is built on and a listed company with its own currency is also a platform -- one positioned to consider additional projects that fit alongside it as opportunities arise. Element79 retains a position in Synergy, so our shareholders continue to participate in what we believe Dale can become."
