NEWS RELEASE

Elysian Mineral Exploration Completes VTEM Airborne Geophysical Survey at The Namew Lake Nickel Sulfide Project, Saskatchewan

June 3, 2026 Vancouver, British Columbia Elysian Capital Corp. (CSE:ELYX) (the "Company") announces the successful completion of a helicopter-borne Versatile Time Domain Electromagnetic ("VTEMTM") geophysical survey over its Namew Lake Nickel Sulfide Project located in northern Saskatchewan.

The survey covered approximately 28 km Superscript 2 with 299 line-kilometres flown and included advanced electromagnetic ("EM") and magnetic geophysical systems designed to identify conductive and structural features potentially associated with nickel sulfide mineralization.

Survey results identified multiple electromagnetic and magnetic anomalies across the project area, including several mid-to-late time conductive responses considered prospective for sulfide mineralization. Resistivity-depth imaging ("RDI") was also completed to support interpretation of the VTEM data and enhance subsurface targeting.

The results highlight several areas of interest for follow-up exploration and provide an important dataset for advancing drill targeting at Namew Lake. Recommended next steps include detailed EM anomaly modelling, advanced magnetic interpretation, and integrated geophysical analysis to refine and prioritize targets for future ground exploration and drilling programs.

Management believes the survey results further support the exploration potential of the Namew Lake Project and represent a significant step forward in defining prospective nickel sulfide targets within the property.

This news release contains certain "forward-looking statements" and "forward-looking information" within the meaning of applicable Canadian securities legislation (collectively, "forward-looking statements"). Such forward-looking statements include, but are not limited to, statements regarding the interpretation and anticipated results of the recently completed VTEM survey, the potential identification of drill targets, the Company's future exploration plans, and the potential for the Namew Lake Nickel Sulfide Project to host economically significant mineralization.

Forward-looking statements are often identified by words such as "plans," "expects," "anticipates," "believes," "intends," "estimates," "projects," "potential," "interpreted," "may," "will," and similar expressions, or statements that certain events or conditions "may" or "will" occur. Although the Company believes the expectations expressed in these forward-looking statements are based on reasonable assumptions, such statements are not guarantees of future performance and actual results may differ materially from those expressed or implied by the forward-looking statements.

Factors that could cause actual results to differ materially from those in forward-looking statements include, but are not limited to: interpretation and analytical results of the VTEM survey differing from expectations; the inability to identify drill targets; delays in obtaining permits or financing; fluctuations in commodity prices; changes in market conditions; operational and technical risks associated with mineral exploration; weather and access constraints; and other risks related to the mining industry generally.

Readers are cautioned not to place undue reliance on forward-looking statements. The Company undertakes no obligation to update or revise any forward-looking statements, except as required by applicable securities laws.
