Purchase price:  34 cents per share

The company issued a news release on Aug. 30, 2022, confirming closing of the private placement. The shares will be issued at later date (early January, 2023) and the company will issue a news release announcing the issuance; the shares will be subject to a four-month-and-one-day hold period from their date of issuance.
