The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to the arm's-length acquisition of a portfolio of 14 preproduction net smelter return (NSR) royalties, ranging between 1.5 per cent and 2.0 per cent, on certain mineral properties located in Canada (British Columbia and Yukon), the United States (Nevada) and Mexico (Sinaloa, Sonora, Veracruz, Oaxaca and Chihuahua). The consideration to be paid by the company for the royalty portfolio is $1-million (U.S.) in cash and 2,562,802 common shares in the capital of the company at a deemed price of 82.96 cents per share.
