NEW ENERGY METALS ANNOUNCES DIRECTORS RESIGNATION

Marc Enright-Morin and Frederic Caumon have tendered their resignations as directors of New Energy Metals Corp., effective immediately. The company thanks Mr. Morin and Mr. Caumon for their contributions and wishes them well in their future endeavours.

A search process has been initiated to identify and appoint qualified individuals to fill the vacant board positions. Further updates on the appointment process will be provided as it progresses.
