New Energy Metals Corp. Appoints Cameron MacDonald to Board of Directors
Vancouver, BC - April 1, 2025 - New Energy Metals Corp. (TSXV: ENRG) (OTCQB: NRGYF) ("New Energy" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Cameron MacDonald to its Board of Directors, effective immediately.
Mr. MacDonald brings over 18 years of capital markets and public company experience, with a proven track record in corporate finance, M&A, and operational leadership. As the founder and CEO of the Macam Group of Companies, he has played a pivotal role in raising more than $300 million in equity and over $650 million in debt financings for early-stage ventures across various sectors.
Mr. MacDonald is currently the President and CEO of Tenth Avenue Petroleum Corp. (TSXV: TPC), Chairman of Aurwest Resources Corp. (CSE: AWR), and a Director of Copper Quest Exploration (CSE: CQX) and Pacific Bay Minerals Ltd. (TSXV: PBM). He also serves as an investor and board member for several private and public enterprises. Since 2002, he has been actively involved in investing in and scaling startup companies.
