ENWAVE SIGNS TECHNOLOGY EVALUATION AND LICENSE OPTION AGREEMENT WITH NORTH AMERICAN MULTI-STATE CANNABIS COMPANY

EnWave Corp. has signed a technology evaluation and licence option agreement with a North American multistate cannabis company to lease a 10-kilowatt radiant energy vacuum (REV) dehydration machine to evaluate the value proposition of REV technology over incumbent drying methods. The cannabis cultivator's evaluation is expected to complete before the end of June, 2024. If the evaluation is deemed successful, EnWave expects to grant a commercial licence and sell REV equipment to the cannabis cultivator.
