Exercise price of warrants:  $1.25 (unchanged)

These warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement of 4,684,000 units with 2,342,000 share purchase warrants attached. The private placement was completed on Jan. 21, 2022, prior to the completion of the company's qualifying transaction on Sept. 6, 2022.
