Pursuant to the company's news release dated July 23, 2026, the TSX Venture Exchange has accepted the amendments to an aggregate 2,220,750 common share purchase warrants originally issued pursuant in a non-brokered private placement completed in August, 2023.

Original expiry date:  Aug. 2, 2026

New amended expiry date:  Aug. 2, 2027

All other terms of the warrants remain unchanged.
