ENSIGN ENERGY SERVICES INC. ANNOUNCES THE FINAL 2024 ANNUAL MEETING BOARD OF DIRECTOR ELECTION RESULTS

Ensign Energy Services Inc. has released results of the election of directors held at the company's annual meeting on May 3, 2024. Each of the nominee directors listed in the company's management information circular dated March 14, 2024, was elected as a director. The results of the voting for each individual director are set forth in the attached table.

All other matters put before the meeting passed, including the non-binding, advisory vote on the corporation's approach to executive compensation.
