Effective at the opening on Oct. 2, 2026, the common shares and common share purchase warrants of Esker Infrastructure Corp. will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange, and the shares and warrants of Cielo Waste Solutions Corp. will be delisted. The company is classified as a chemical manufacturing company.
