EV TECHNOLOGY GROUP ANNOUNCES 2023 AGM VOTING RESULTS

EV Technology Group Ltd. has released the voting results from the annual general meeting of shareholders held on Aug. 29, 2023. The nominees listed in the management information circular dated July 21, 2023, for the 2023 annual general meeting of shareholders of the company were elected as directors of the company. A total of 23.72 per cent of all of the issued and outstanding shares of the company were represented at the meeting.

Election of directors

The shareholders approved the election of the directors as indicated in the attached table.

Shareholders voted 99.8 per cent in favour of the ratification and approval of the appointment of McGovern Hurley LLP, the company's auditor, with 0.20 per cent of shareholders withholding their vote on the appointment of auditor.

The board of directors of the company would like to express its gratitude to its shareholders for their high levels of participation and support.
