A cease trade order (CTO) was issued by the Ontario Securities Commission on April 8, 2024, due to EV Technology Group Ltd.'s failure to file the following periodic disclosure:

• The annual audited financial statements for the year ended Dec. 31, 2023;
• The management's discussion and analysis relating to the annual audited financial statements for the year ended Dec. 31, 2023;
• The annual information form for the year ended Dec. 31, 2023;
• The certification of annual filings for the year ended Dec. 31, 2023.

The common shares of EV Technology will remain suspended pursuant to a previous bulletin issued on April 1, 2024.
