EARTHWORKS GRANTS OPTIONS AND ADVISES APPLICATION TO EXTEND EXERCISE DATE OF WARRANTS DENIED

Earthworks Industries Inc. has granted 300,000 share purchase options to a service provider and adviser. The options will be exercisable until July 31, 2025, at 35 cents per share.

The company also reports that the TSX Venture Exchange has denied the company's request for an extension of the exercise deadline of 1.25 million share purchase warrants from June 16, 2023, until June 16, 2024. The application was announced in a news release dated June 19, 2023.
