EXTENSION AGREEMENT DEBT SETTLEMENT CLOSED

Earthworks Industries Inc. has completed the issuance of units under an amended debt settlement agreement with North Bay Corp., previously announced in a news release dated Oct. 12, 2023. The issuance of the units reduces the buyout option the company has in extinguishing the approximately $5.9-million (U.S.) debt owed to North Bay to $2.15-million. The current buyout payment date has been extended to April 15, 2024.
