EARTHWORKS PROPOSES ONE YEAR EXTENSION OF WARRANT EXERCISE DATES

Earthworks Industries Inc. has applied to the TSX Venture Exchange for approval of the extension, by one year, of 4.5 million share purchase warrants. The warrants were issued in May, 2023, and expire on May 18, 2024. Each warrant is exercisable to purchase one share in the capital of the company for 40 cents.

The proposal is to extend the deadline for the exercise of the warrants by one year, from May 18, 2024, until May 18, 2025.
