GIULIO BONIFACIO RESIGNS AS A DIRECTOR
Earthworks Industries Inc.'s Giulio Bonifacio has resigned as a
director of the company, effective Jan. 31, 2026, to focus on his family and other private
business endeavours.
Mr. Bonifacio was appointed a director of the company on Jan. 22, 2024. He will continue
to serve the company in an advisory capacity.
The company wishes to express its extreme appreciation of the services that Mr. Bonifacio has
rendered.
