GIULIO BONIFACIO RESIGNS AS A DIRECTOR

Earthworks Industries Inc. (the "Company") announces that Giulio Bonifacio has resigned as a Director of the Company effective January 31, 2026, to focus on his family and other private business endeavors.

Mr. Bonifacio was appointed a Director of the Company on January 22, 2024. He will continue to serve the Company in an advisory capacity.
