FORACO PROVIDES NOTICE OF 2026 Q1 RESULTS & CONFERENCE CALL

Foraco International SA will release its first quarter 2026 financial results, prior to TSX market open on Thursday, April 30, 2026. Following the release, management of the company will host a conference call at 9 a.m. ET to review the financial results. The call will be hosted by Tim Bremner, chief executive officer, and Fabien Sevestre, chief financial officer.
