Effective at the close of business, Wednesday, May 6, 2026, the common shares of Deveron Corp. will be delisted from the TSX Venture Exchange at the request of the company and as approved by the majority of minority shareholders on Dec. 30, 2025.
Trading in the shares of the company will remain suspended.
