The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Fidelity Systematic U.S. High Yield Bond Currency Neutral ETF will be delisted at the close on Aug. 19, 2022. According to the TSX, the exchange-traded fund (ETF) will be terminated and all outstanding units of the ETF will be redeemed on or about Aug. 19, 2022.
The TSX reports that any remaining unitholders of the ETF as at the termination date
will receive the net proceeds from the liquidation of the assets
attributable to the units, less all liabilities and all expenses incurred in
connection with the dissolution of the ETF, on a pro rata basis. As the units trade in the book-entry-only system of CDS Clearing and
Depository Services Inc., unitholders need not take any action with
respect to receiving their redemption proceeds.
For more information, see the ETF's news release dated May 12, 2022.
